We offer free UK standard delivery for all orders placed on Seren-London.com.

We hope you will love your Seren item, however if you are unhappy with our products for any reason, they can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days. Please note, this does not include sale, personalised or custom items. Simply post the item(s) back to us, unused and with original labels intact to the following address.

Seasonal sale Items are eligible for full refund or exchange however, return requests must be registered within 3 days of receipt at studio@seren-london.com and items returned within 7 days. Sample sale items are not eligible for refund. 

We will email to confirm when a return has been received and aim for refunds to be processed within 7 days.

We recommend that goods are sent back to us using a registered/trackable service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods which are lost or damaged in transit.

Please note, we do not refund shipping costs or duties and taxes incurred. Nor do we cover the charge for returns/exchanges to be sent back to us, with the exception of goods that are faulty. Any order may be cancelled until the buyer has received the Shipping Confirmation.
